Description
As well as the big chaos clouds, I wanted to give a sense of peaceful contemplation as twilight approaches and the night turns orange to pink then purple.
All the landscape around gets touched with an early evening glow. The glimmer of a slow river running by, then turning to disappear into a cut.
I enjoyed creating the wonderful misty haze of perspective as trees and fields disappear into the fog.
Material:
Painted in oil on triple gesso 3/4 inch plywood I rescued from some staging. 29.5 x 25 inches.
Hanging:
To hang I have attached screws and super-strong coated wire, but this could easily be removed and a frame used if preferred.
